Abstract

Measles is a disease that cause death to people. Vaccination is one of the important way in order to control the disease. The aim of this project is to formulate the spread of measles, incorporate vaccinated population and the number of vaccinated will affect the infected case. A model need to formulate to show the importance of vaccination by showing the number of infected people and the number of vaccinated people in the form of graph in the next project. Compartmental model is used in this project to achieve the aim of this project which consider the susceptible population, vaccinated population, infected population and recovered population. The simulation results have shown that the number of vaccinated will affect the number of infected cases. It can give awareness for the policy maker about the importance of vaccination to control the measles disease.
