Abstract
Currently, most of the students of UNIMAS that want to see their lecturer would go to their office but most of the time the lecturer would be unavailable. So, going to the lecturer’s office frequently to check for the lecturer’s availability would be a waste of time. To solve this problem, this project proposed a smart doorbell system for lecturer to be notified whenever students come looking for them. The methodology used to develop this smart doorbell system is Waterfall methodology which is simple and easy. It emphasizes that a logical progression of steps to be taken throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) like the cascading steps down an incremental waterfall.
