Abstract

The rapid growth of technology applications in today’s world has brought a lot of systematic and efficient manner in all aspect of life. Cloud computing is one of it and it has become the latest internet trend due to various benefits such as easily accessible and financially attractive. EzIn Cloud Based Sales and Bookkeeping System for Small Enterprise is a cloud-based mobile application that provide an invoice system especially for small enterprise company. This system can eliminate the high cost used to build and maintain a full-in house database system. Salesman can input invoices into the system while traveling from places to places. On the other hand, company admin can view and generate report from invoice records. This system will adapt Waterfall Model where one phase needs to be completed before the next phase begins. The significance of EzIn Cloud Based Sales and Bookkeeping System for Small Enterprise is to provide a low-cost invoice system to enable invoice to be stored in a systematic way. Future works of EzIn Cloud Based Sales and Bookkeeping System for Small Enterprise will look into improving the application as a whole as well as integrating additional enhancements to default features.
