Abstract

Many visitors coming to Sarawak has little knowledge on what and where to explore especially during their first visit to the state. Commonly, the reason visitor planned to visit Sarawak is because they wanted to experience culture, nature and to immerse in adventures. However, currently, tourism web portals and tourism application does not cover as much places in Sarawak especially rural areas. In rural areas, there are gems waiting to be discovered as it is also a home to various indigenous groups. Therefore, this project this mobile application will facilitate between tourists, destinations and experiences. It be hoped that this project can be a significant boost towards rural tourism and also support Sarawak as a tourism hub in eastern Malaysia.
