Abstract

In this project, a proposed system which is the Residency System for Kolej Kenanga has been developed to help the college office, Palapes Udara, Palapes Darat and SUKSIS offices to manage their student's details systematically. Currently, Kenanga College manages the student's details manually according to their skills of using computer tools or software such as Microsoft Excel. Other than that, there is no specific medium to store and share the student's details within the College office. They used computer software, which is Microsoft Excel to store the data, while using a Whatsapp, email or paper handout to share the student's data. This situation might cause a problem such as loss of student’s data and could not retrieve if the computer is having a problem. Moreover, it may take a few days for the three main offices to make an updating for the student's details and deliver it to the college office. By developed the Residency System for Kolej Kenanga, it helped the college office and the other three main offices to minimize their problem. Besides that, Palapes Udara , Palapes Darat and SUKSIS office can save their student’s data in the system and can retrieved by the college office. Finally, the time taken for data updating can be reduce for less than 3 days.
