Abstract

Stray animals cannot be confined or restricted from entering or leaving UNIMAS but it is possible to keep track of them and maintain the rightful environment that they deserve. The welfare of stray animals needs proper management with the help of the community of UNIMAS. The people of UNIMAS also can join forces through a proposed system to donate, feed and takes care of the wellbeing of the stray animals. The abuse of stray animals would also be reduced in addition to promoting the proper way of handling a stray animal. Other than that, emergency responses are crucial in UNIMAS in cases of wild animal presence due to the surrounding that partially constitute a forest. The proposed system would cater all the functionalities referred in this section for better management of the welfare of stray animals and volunteer activities by the community of UNIMAS.
