Abstract

Job seeking technique is improved along with the technology nowadays. Resume is one of the technique is creating a high quality of resume. Resume might have the biggest impact on job applying process. Though, resume have no specific format on each job application. There is only guide to submit a resume on the particular job applied. As technology improve, resume can be easily access, by the assistance of resume builder and/or relevant software. Regardless the job apply, resume format is not constrained. Therefore, a resume system can be the solution for these issues. As some of the existing system resume builder system might be limited access and creating the resume as well can be time consuming. Major challenge for job seekers/ applicants, they faced a huge competition on applying the job. Thus, there is the need of correctly-formatted resume to at least help the applicant in these circumstances. Resume System, here, plays an important role as the job applicant is looking for an unlimited access resume system, user-friendly, documents storage, save mode, retrievable as well as download-able function. Hence, it is necessary to compare the existing resume builder as a guide to construct new resume builder; EasyResume. The proposed solution for arise problem were EasyResume, a web-based system to create resume and store necessary document. Besides creating resume by input necessary data, EasyResume will be able to upload related document, such as, certificates, cover letter, etc. with the accessibility, plus, storage and retrievable function, EasyResume System is easy to be used by job applicant.
