This study examined the relationship between Malaysia House Price Index (MHPI) and real gross domestic product, consumer price index, and interest rate in Malaysian states during the sample periods from year 2010:M1 to 2014:M12, which covers 60 monthly data. Nine of the Malaysian States, which are Pulau Pinang, Perak, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Pahang, Terengganu, Kelantan, Sabah and Sarawak are included in this study. Furthermore, econometric techniques such as unit root tests, cointegration test, and granger causality test will be applied in this study by using Eviews 8. The empirical results show that the magnitude of each variable’s impact is different for every states. Results for Kelantan, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak, Pulau Pinang, Sabah, and Sarawak show that there are long run relationship between variables while Terengganu and Melaka does not exist long run relationship but short run relationship.
