Abstract

The Orang Ulu community who ventures in handicrafts business should utilise digital marketing to compete and achieve broader market. Since the internet and technology are inseparable with modern society, it has become a part of digital marketing which is essential in business. Taking that into account, the purpose of this research is to gain an indepth understanding regarding the impact, potential and strategy in developing the Orang Ulu handicrafts through digital marketing based on qualitative methods and academic materials. Furthermore, this research also aims to document collected data for general knowledge and future research study.
