Abstract
This is a study on the 2-bins recycling system at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) year 2010 to reduce waste disposal at landfills. Fifty sets of 2-bins recycling system were allocated in the Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). The number of recyclable items found in the recycling and mixed waste bins served as dependent measurements.
