Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between human resource management practises and organizational. A total number 65 respondents were selected from 2 private company sector in Johor Bahru. This study used quantitative method and survey questionnaire with five-point likert scale to collect data needed for this study. Data collected then were analysed by using statistical package for social science (SPSS) version 22. Descriptive statistic was used to explain the demographic background of respondents such as gender, age, status, educational background and length of services. There are four research hypothesis in this study. These hypothesis were measured using statistical analysis of Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression. The result generated by Pearson Correlation test showed there are weak positive correlation between recruitment and selection and organizational culture & correlation between training and development and organizational culture. Besides that, Pearson Correlation test also showed there are moderate positive correlation between performance management and organizational culture. Another result generated by multiple regression test showed that performance management bring the most dominant factor toward the organizational culture. Based on these findings, several contribution are further discusses and some recommendation were also suggested for the purpose of the organization, human resources practices and future research.
