Abstract

Transactional leadership and transformational leadership might give positive impact in improving the organizational learning culture. This study was conducted to identify the relationship between transactional, transformational leadership and organizational learning culture. A quantitative research method was used for this study. Survey questionnaire was used to collect the data which involves 52 employees from selected public sector. The outcomes of the pearson correlation coefficient shows that both transactional and transformational leadership have significant relationship with organizational learning culture. This result shows that transactional and transformational leadership styles can influence the culture of the organizational learning.
