Abstract

This qualitative research studies on women characters highlighted in the Monodrama 3 Wajah (2011) performed by Fauziah Nawi. The conceptual framework applied in this reseach is based on the character analysis form by Gerardine M. Clark. Socialist feminist theory is used to understand the women in 3 Wajah and its socialization. In conclusion, 3 Wajah is a socialist feminist theatre for it complies with the criterias emphasizes in socialist feminist theory by Holly Graf (2003).
