Abstract

This study emphasizes in terms of application of coiling techniques and mixed media combinations in the production of contemporary ceramics. This study focuses more on the use of coiling techniques used more differently than the usual forms they produce. Additionally, this study was conducted to give the public an understanding that based on the basic techniques in this kind of ceramics, researchers can further develop the function and beauty of a particular work mainly using coiling techniques. Therefore, as a result of this study, researchers are able to learn more about the characteristics, types, and contemporary elements that can be applied with other media into the resulting work.
