Abstract
This study aims to analyze the interaction factor and service quality in influencing the revisit intention of the audience. The study focuses on the interactive theater in Malaysia. The researcher uses quantitative methods by disributing as many as 200 sets of questionnaires to spectators who have witnessed interactive theater. The results of this questionnaire form can help to collect data to analyze using SPSS to meet the needs of the study. With this study, the researcher is able to know whether these factors influence the audience. Additionally, it can also help parties involved with theater performances especially interactive theater to improve their presentation.
