Abstract

Effects of substrate components rat io a nd moisture con[ent, and incubation temperature on mycelia growtb in culti va tion of Collybia sp. was studied. Substrates with diffe rent ratLo of componen ts and mOI sture content, and incubation temperature have significant effect on the mycelia growth ofCollyblo sp .. Collyhia sp. ca n be grown on Acacio mongiwl1 substrate but not suitable (0 be grown on sawdust from sawmill substra te. At 20°C, th ere was sign ifi cant different of a ve rage mycelia grow1h length of Collybia sp. on each type o f Acacia monglUln substr ate wlth diffe ren t moisture content. At nee, on ly mycelia growth rate of Collvhia sp. on P2 (88: 10: I 5:0.5 WI/wI), P4 (88: 10:0:2 wt/wt) and P5 (88: 10:0.5: 1. 5 wt/wt) o f Acacia mangium substrat es i~, dlfferent 111 01st ure coment showed Slgniflcant dLfferent. For sawdust from sawllllU substrates, the growth of CollyblOrnyce Jta on all the substra tes, ellher incubated at 200 e or 28°C was limited on me surface ofsubstrate only.
