Abstract

In recent years, Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) technology has been created to rectify the shortcoming of used of cables and battery to provide power supply. However, the method of resonance inductive coupling using in Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) still can’t achieve the expected efficiently when the distance is increase. Wireless power transfer with the passive tank circuit in this project is designed to increase the efficiently of the power generated. This project was undertaken to investigate and carry out analysis that the number of passive tank circuit can be implemented to increase the efficiently of the wireless power transfer. In this project, there were 3 combination circuits which are transmitter, receiver, and passive tank circuits. The passive tanks will be connected in between the transmitter and receiver and the efficiently of result will be collected from oscilloscope.
