Abstract
This study aims to determine the styles of leadership which have been practiced by females in small ad hoc groups. In addition to that, this study also looks into factors that lead to success in small ad hoc group, to determine females' leadership characteristics, and also to determine types of conflict in small groups. The research used a prevalent qualitative approach where 5 informants were interviewed. Findings indicate support for results found in previous studies.
