Abstract
This research is about the conservation management of UNESCO World Heritage Site on Malacca by focusing on professional power shortage factor involved in this management. Other than that, this study also to analyze the original material usage and level of management involved in maintaining and conserving of UNESCO World Heritage Site. Qualitative method is applied to study the lack factor of professional power. Study finding can be summarized with step taken by management in overcoming professional power shortage problem in maintaining and conserving our heritage that still remain until now.
