Abstract
The purpose of this study is to study about the the trainee perception towards the effectiveness transfer of training at Institut Latihan Teknik dan Perdagangan, Sabah. One case study was executed randomly in each faculty with 97 respondents and the researcher using questionnaires method. Data obtained were analyzed by using the independent T-Test, One way Anova, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, and Linear Regression. The finding of this research indicates that factors that influence the trainee's perception towards the effectiveness transfer of training are the training design, lecturers, the training environment place, training place and motivation that have significant relation that is p>O.Ol. One-Way Anova and T-test showed that there are no significant differences betweens demographic factors and the trainee's perception towards the effectiveness transfer of training such as gender and ages. The finding of this research indicates that there is relationship between the effectiveness ofteamwork and the factors of training design, lecturers, training place and motivation.
