Abstract
The aim of this study is to find out the ESL teachers' perception towards School-based INSET programmes. The findings focuses on three main areas and that are: to find out ESL teachers' perception towards the planning and implementation, to investigate ESL teachers' perception regarding the importance of school-based INSET and finally to detennine to what extent does the support given by the schools' management.
