Abstract
This research is about how art space can contribute in arts community development in a way what can a community get benefit from within an establish art space. This research was held at People Of Remarkable Talent (PORT) Ipoh as it is the most suitable art space for a research on community development. This research was conducted in qualitative method as well as quantitative method involving around 100 arts community. Last but not least, the research is expected to help PORT Ipoh as well as other art space continue to grow to increase community development.
