Abstract
The present research examined about why wayfinding very important in a building. The research also identified the design direction indicators are appropriate and effective in CAIS (Centre for Academic Information Services), UNIMAS. This study will make it easier and more attractive for users in CAIS. In addition, this study aims to identify to the design signage, symbols and typographic types of appropriate and easily understood by users. There are several methods to accomplish this research such as interview and observation.
