Abstract
The art gallery is one of the platforms for artists to showcase their work for public viewing. Therefore, this study is aimed at identifying the perceptions of rewards that would be possible if working in art galleries, the acceptance factors of the community to work in the art gallery and finally to study the importance of art galleries in contributing to the local community. In this study, a total of 384 local people were required involving men and women aged from 18 to 53 and above. It can be concluded that the influence of the community to work in this art gallery is in a positive stage where most communities strongly agree with the statements in the questionnaire that they view the importance of art galleries in the formation of cultured communities.
