Factors that influencing employees' level of acceptance is the criteria evaluated, the frequency of assessment and feedback. This study used a survey approach and questionnaires were used as a method for data collection. The sample for this study consisted of 55 workers which selected randomly from one of specialist hospital in Kuala Lumpur. Overall, the result of Pearson Correlation analysis shows that there is a positive relationship between the independent variables (the criteria evaluated, the frequency of assessment and feedback) with the dependent variable (level of employees' acceptance). Meanwhile, the result of Multiple Regression analysis revealed the feedback was the dominant factor in this study. This study also discusses the implications of this study and recommendations to future researchers and organizations. In conclusion, the organization should focus on factors that have been studied as an employees' acceptance towards performance appraisal system can affected and help in improving their job performance.
