Abstract
Malaysia has experienced the economics unbalanced among the regions for a long time where in 2008, the states of Selangor, Penang, and Johor altogother accounted fo more that one-half the total gross output and total employment especially in the manufacturing sector. If there ae no considerations regarding to this issues, the intention of Malaysia to be a developed country by 2020 is so far to achieved.
