Abstract
This research is a study to determine the conservation plan of a historical architecture named Alice 's Fort in Sri Aman Sarawak. The research is being done in order to support Malaysian heritage tourism industry. The purpose of this research is to identify the parties involved in Alice's Fort conservation plan. This conservation plan was done by the government based in Tenth Malaysian Plan (Rancangan Malaysia ke-10). In addition, the research is to analyze the conservation strategy from the side of financial factor- and the design itself by means of specified time period. The outcome of this research shows that financial . /actor is extremely influenced the state of the building which was left behind and rotted in time without any conservations work. Thanks to Malaysian government who carne out with superior plan to conserve the historical structure. The conservation plan moreover consistent to the Tenth Malaysian Plan which has been made to lead Malaysia to be a well- develop country in five years to come.
