Abstract
This research looks at commercial art galleries, and their role in contributing to the development of artistic talent in Malaysia as profit - making bodies. This research has found that some commercial galleries do not treat artists fairly as stipulated in their contractual agreements, especially in terms of finances and misappropriation of artists works.
