Abstract
This research is about the management of "Ad at Nguguah Dalam Gawia Obuak Sowak Masyarakat Bidayuh" at Kampung Pod am, Bau, Sarawak. The purpose of this study is to identify the concept of Adat Nguguah in Gawia Obuak Sowak celebration. Secondly, is to review the management involved before, during and after doing the event. Methodology need for this research is qualitative which involved interviews, observation and documentation. The outcome of the research showed that there were some financial management, human resource, material and most important is the way in conducting ritual act.
