Abstract
This research is about the management of ritual "Gawai Mimpi" at Krangan Mong longhollse in Lubok Antu, Sarav ...ak. The objectives of this research is to identify the concept of ritual ,oGawai Mimpi". Secondly, it is to do research on the management of the ri tual "Gawai Mimpi", before, during the event ancl after the event. Qualitative research was used. The outcome showed \vithin the ritual, some material, human resources, filfance, fcc and safety was used. Besides that, the outcome also showed the management orlhe ritual that involving before. during the event and after the event.
