Abstract

This study is related to the aspect of ethnology collections management at the Sarawak Museum. Management is an important aspect in maintaining a collection of exhibits that are in perfect condition. This study was conducted to examine in depth about collection management in museums especially in ethnology collection. After that, identification and collection management method of the problems encountered in process of ethnology collection management. However, the finding showed that the ethnology collection management process conducted by the Sarawak Museum is in accordance with the procedures and the implementation of set. Overall, this study can be used as a reference to the various parties, especially to students and researchers in the future about ethnology collection management.
