Abstract
This research aims at the management carried out by the Department of Culture and Arts, Kelantan in gathering thousands ofpendikir for a Dikir Barat presentation. This study examines the approaches used by the Department of Culture and Arts, Kelantan to manage and implement thousands ofpendikir in Dikir Barat in nature and challenges and the ability to form a large group ofpe/formers in the unique show to he analyzed in depth. The aim ofthe objective ofthis study is (i) to show the concepl ofDepartmenl of Culture and Arts, Kelantan in gathering thousands of performers for a Dikir Baral presentation (ii) to review the forms ofpresentation made by the thousand in a single presentation pendikir Dikir Barat managed by the Department of Culture and Arts, Kelantan, (iii) analyze the challenges fuced by the Department of Culture and Arts, Kelantan in gathering thousands of pendikir to do a presentation Dikir Barat. This study uses the qualitative method which is by carry out interview sessions with the employees in the Department olCulture and Arts, Kelantan, based on viewing the video of Temasya Dikir Barat and photos of Temasya Dikir Baral. Through this study it can be concluded that the management is coming up with strategies that combine a thousand ofpendikir with a robust planning and in making arrangements in organized activities to manage a Dikir Barat presentation.
