Abstract
This research was done at Langkawi Craft Complex. The main purpose of this research is to look the promoting crystal handicraft as a cultural tourism productin Langkawi. This research also look the effectiveness of promotional strategies under taken to promote and give the knowledge of crystal handicraft visitors especially locals that know about crystal handicraft Langkawi is an icon product. The effectiveness of an effective promotional strategy to be one of the factors to attract tourists and buy crystal handicraft unique in terms of manufacturing. 71,is shows the effective promotion and systematic need to introduce and attract tourists to learn more about Crystal handcraft in Langkawi Craft Complex.
