Abstract
This study was performed to investigate the management of traditional musical instruments of the Persatuan Penggiat Seni dan Kebudayaan Malaysia in Kuching. The objective of this study was to identify planning associations in an effort to introduce traditional music, studying organization's management system, and examine methods of marketing products and services using the concept of 4P marketing mix. The study focused on the management system in terms of human resources, promotion, finance and funding. The study conducted at the Persatuan Penggiat Seni dan Kebudayaan Malaysia located in No. 10, Lot 9638, Fasa 23, Lee Ling Commercial Centre, Batu 4, Jalan Matang, 93050 Kuching, Sarawak. The methods used during the study is qualitative methods include observation, interview and documentation. All information obtained in this study proved there was planning in an effort to introduce traditional music, the use of management system include human resource, promotion, finance and concept of 4P marketing mix.
