Abstract
In the text ile industry, wax is widely used in batik production process. The study has been made to produce a natural ingredients ji-om the sago tmnks of res in as natural thickening. It is a new alternative of resin replacing the used of wax paraffin in batik. Resu lts shows that the resin fonnula from sago are able to produce quality printing and batik block prints.
