Abstract
Kajian ini tertumpu kepada penganalisaan keberkesanan strategi promosi syarikat penerbangan awam di Malaysia. Syarikat penerbangan baru yang dikenali "Sayap Borneo" akan diperkenalkan berdasarkan hasil dapatan kajian. Syarikat penerbangan ini memfokuskan kepada strategi promosi yang unik dan pemilikan lokasi luar kawasan Borneo yang menarik. Perkhidmatan baru ini memberi lebih peluang kepada orang ramai serta pelancong untuk melawat ke kawasan-kawasan pendalaman.
