Abstract
The system is based on the transaction (buying-selling) for Bakery shops around Kuching and Petra Jaya. Among the bakeries involved in the project are Mita Cake House, Taka Cake House, Sunflower Cake SHop, Shouthern Cake Shop, and Village Cake. The bakery focused in the study is Sunflower Shop which located at Sego Shopping Complex of Jalan Santubong, P.J, Kuching. The main factor of this case study is due to the work lead which carried out by the manager and the sale assistants of the shop.
