Abstract

The Insti­tute of Social Infor­mat­ics and Tech­no­log­i­cal Inno­va­tions (ISITI) hosted a sem­i­nar by Dr. Azizi Ab Aziz, Deputy Direc­tor from the Inter­na­tional Telecom­mu­ni­ca­tion Union– Uni­ver­siti Utara Malaysia (ITU-​UUM) Asia Pacific Cen­ter of Excel­lence for Rural ICT Development.
