Abstract

Nasi Beriani merupakan makanan tradisional masyarakat di Malaysia amnya. Restoran nasi beriani ini dilihat berpotensi besar untuk dipasarkan ke pasaran tempatan dan khususnya diperkenalkan ke peringkat antarabangsa. Masalah utama restoran nasi beriani yang sedia ada ialah kurangnya promosi serta tiada identiti korporat yang tersendiri untuk menarik perhatian pengguna. Melalui kajian yang dijalankan, konsep identiti korporat yang bersesuaian telah dikenalpasti dan seterusnya dapat mencapai objektif yang diingini.
