Abstract

This is a survey of stress coping strategies used by teachers in secondary schools in Zone A of Kuching/Samarahan Divison. In specific, the aims of this study is to identify teachers' knowledge, their opinions and their ways to acquire knowledge of coping strategies to reduce their stress during school hours. The sample in this study consists of 209 trained teachers from different backgrounds. Data was collected using questionnaire translated and adopted from Cockburn (1996).
