Abstract

As Director of Global Academic Excellence (M) Sdn Bhd, it is with great pleasure that I welcome each of you to this milestone gathering of scholars, professionals and innovators from around the world. Over the next two days, 8 – 9 November 2025, here in Penang at the beautiful Shangri‑La Golden Sands Hotel Penang, we come together in an atmosphere of open inquiry and collaboration. This year’s conference has been designed not only to showcase high-quality academic work across disciplines but also to spark meaningful partnerships, creative thinking and practical solutions to some of the world’s most complex challenges. The multidisciplinary nature of PIMC is one of its core strengths. From Social Sciences and Humanities to Technology and Engineering; from Business Management and Entrepreneurship to Supply Chain, Logistics and Halal Practices—we’ve curated a broad range of subthemes so that cross-pollination of ideas can thrive. We are especially grateful to all presenters who submitted papers, to the reviewers who provided invaluable feedback, and to our organising committee and partners for their dedication. I encourage every attendee to engage actively: ask questions, make connections, share your insights and take full advantage of this conference. Finally, on behalf of the organising team, I extend a warm welcome to each of you. We hope that your time at PIMC 2025 is intellectually stimulating, professionally rewarding and personally enriching.
