Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out the opinions of visitors towards the purchase of souvenirs at Waterfront Kuching. Souvenirs are one of the purposes visitors come to Waterfront Kuching to buy and take home as gifts. The researcher focused on three study objectives namely to identify the factors of buying Sarawak souvenirs compared to foreign souvenirs, to study why visitors are less satisfied with local souvenir products in the market and to analyze the opinions of visitors towards the purchase of souvenirs that receive less attention in the local market. The methodology used by the researcher is a quantitative method. As a result, visitors' opinions on the purchase of souvenirs. The implication is that this study is very useful as a reference for souvenir makers and traders, future researchers and the public.
