Abstract

The e-Record performance system is developed as an alternative to the PKBS. This project is developed to help the government achieve its objective in using computer technology to the fullest to increase productivity. The development of the e-Record Performance system has three main objectives. The first one is to strive a more efficient method in keeping students academic performance. Secondly, ilt is used to synthesize analysis of students performance and lastly to develop a student performance report for further action. The user-friendly system features a Graphical User Interface which can be handled easily. The system is also completed with a student database and an automatic grade analyzer. The main software used to developed this system is Microsoft Studio Visual Basic 6.0, while Microsoft Access is used as the system database
