Abstract

This study aims to determ1e the perception of mentee toward mentoring system in FSKPM. This study also examines the relationship the factor between mentoring program and the perception of mentor mentee toward the mentoring system. Two variables concluded in this study are dependent variable (the perception of the mentor mentee toward mentoring system) and independent variable (factors that influencing the perceptions mentor mentee toward the mentoring system and demographic factors also). 146 respondents were chosen that are from FSKPM student that selected followed the formula that provided from the population. In this analysis, all the test using the SPSS version 11.5 which is T-Test, ANOVA, and coloration. Five questions use in for this study and three for the hypothesis. The result from this research shows that variable have related with the significant between the mentor mentee perception in academic achievement, personal developing and career planning that it prove by coleration test
