Abstract
Recently, the industrial relations is becoming more complex between employee and employer. This especially caused by the discipline and grievance problem. The objective of this research is to study the supervisor and manager handling styles in discipline and grievance. This research also investigate the issue factors and procedures that influence handling styles. A group of 25 supervisors and managers of a paper processing company responded to a survey. The frequency and percentage have been used to analyze the data. To accomplish this research, more information is gathered through interview. This research showed that the stated factors consequently influence the style of handling discipline and grievance
