Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between the innovation culture of an organization and job performance. In this research, the dependent variable is the factors that influence of innovation culture of the organization. The independent variable is the job performance. 66 workers were selected randomly as a research sample. The research instruments used are Likert scale questionnaire developed by the researcher. The result of this study found that there is a significant relation between organization innovation culture and job performance. Summary and recommendation were included in this study.
