Abstract

This study aims to develop a learning courseware to increase knowledge preparation on retirement and pension Jbr future retirees. This learning courseware emphasized on knowledge preparation should be done by, future retiree to faced retirement world. This study also aims to evaluate the effectiveness of learning courseware in improving employee knowledge preparation on retirement. The contents of this learning courseware provided through documentation of reading materials such as book, journal and website. Whereas, the development of this learning courseware was in accordance with ADDLE Model which has five level namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. This learning courseware also been developed using Microsoft Office PutirerPoint 2007 and tested to 10 staff of University Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) whose 40 years old and above. Apart from that, The Gagne's Nine Levels of Learning used as guide in material arrangement for this learning courseware such as design and navigation. The assessment of courseware effectiveness was carried out through questionnaire form answered by respondent after they applied the learning courseware. The findings showed that respondents agreed with this learning courseware because it undeniably can increase knowledge preparation on retirement and pension . for future retirees
