Abstract

The FCSIT's undergraduate guidebook team is a team in FCSIT to publish the undergraduate guidebook to the new undergraduate students in FCSIT so that the new undergraduate students can get the information on programs and explanation of courses offered by the faculty. Their job is to collect information manually from the entire staffs, program coordinators, dean, Pertekma and so on in FCSIT and arrange the information before publishing out to the new undergraduate students. However, the manual method is inefficient because it will consume a lot of time and mistake will easily occur during the process of collecting information. This project introducing the web based system that can help FCSIT's undergraduate guidebook team to publish the undergraduate guidebook to the new undergraduate students. This system can reduce the mistake when collect data from the users and ease the job of the team by generate a single PDFfile of the faculty's undergraduate guidebook.
