Abstract

This research was conducted in Sarawak Electricity Supply Corporation (SESCO) attempts to gain an insight to explore the effectiveness of performance of meter readers in SESCO Regional Office, Bintawa: A case study based on Action Learning. Specifically, this study aims to determine: the effectiveness of performance of meter readers in accomplishing their daily work targets; the causes and effects that might delay the effectiveness of the performance of the meter readers; and whether action learning could be used to solve the problems and improve the performance of meter readers.
