Abstract

Summons parking mobile application using Android platform is focused on the process of summons parking procedure and the identification for every user that includes UNIMAS community such as student and Enforcer. Mostly staff and student that uses their own vehicle as their transportation to campus, increase the number of vehicle and traffic every day. To illustrate, the process of summons parking takes up a lot of time because the system uses paper-based tickets. This making situation getting worse especially during raining time that causes the summon ticket given destroy orlost. Thus, this proposed system aimsto develop a user-friendly online automated ticketless or paperless system which will automatically charge summonsfine to the system aswell as detecting owner’s and vehicle’s identification. Other than that, it can also decrease the amount of time and ease to the enforcer which help making it less workload.
